The skill sets for business partnering are in increasing demand in many industries and global markets, yet there is a shortage of individuals who have exemplar knowledge and skills that are being effectively applied.
The presentation will be based on research, case studies and existential experiences. The scope will include practical steps that can be applied into the work place with stakeholders to create enterprise value within organizations. There will be an open question and answer within the presentation to bring the subject alive. After the session, the presentation will be available upon will be made available on a free of charge basis by direct request to S Swientozielskyj.

(1) Provide continuing professional development for Finance professionals working in complex and dynamic organisations.

The context of the three key Learning Outcomes (LO) below are to link the key characteristics of the required level of competences, knowledge, and skills that would be expected of an advanced level of business partnering.
LO1. A critical understanding of the theories for multi levels for the individual, team and organization, to prepare and apply the concepts and principles to assess the effective planning and preparation required.
LO2. The ability to evaluate and appraise a wide range of the principle professional skills, techniques, and practices associated with the effective engagement with stakeholders
LO3. To critically identify, define, conceptualise, and analyse complex professional challenges and issues for the acceptance of methods, tools and techniques with senior stakeholders with in complex organisational requirements.

Mr. Steven Swientozielskyj is an International speaker and expert on world class improvements relating to complex service issues. This including being a guest speaker for leading Universities CIMA and Hackett Global Business Services Conferences in USA and Europe. Research papers developed in conjunction with Hackett and CIMA on his leading-edge practices. Highly experienced executive, with decades of extensive, complex change management experience in multi-national and public organisations.
