In this seminar, the speaker will cover trends and developments in the regulatory landscape in the Hong Kong capital markets. Areas to be discussed include regulatory perspectives of the HKEx consultation on Special Purpose Acquisition Company (“SPAC”), listing and other rule changes relevant to listed companies and listing applicants, as well as investors’ perspectives on ESG and sustainability when reviewing financial reports.
