Highlight the findings and recommendations on review of listed issuers’ annual reports for the 2021 financial year end, which will include financial reporting, material assets impairments and financial statement disclosures. The presentation will also cover the roles and responsibilities of the board of directors and audit committee in the preparation of financial statements.

About the speaker
Mr. Wong joined Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited in 2000 and is the Head of Accounting Affairs Department of the Listing Division responsible for accounting and auditing matters, including the Exchange’s financial statements review program. He is a fellow member of the HKICPA and is also a member of the HKICPA Financial Reporting Standards Committee and the Auditing and Assurance Standards Committee.
