Earlier this year, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange launched a two-month consultation to seek public feedback on the establishment of a new board and reforms to the Growth Enterprise Market. In this seminar, the speaker will share observations on the proposals subject to the consultation, as well as recent trends in the IPO market. Recent regulatory guidance related to IPO applications and reverse takeovers, as well as compliance with listing rules by listed companies will also be discussed.

Speaker's Bio

Roy has extensive experience in providing assurance and advisory services to clients in the process of their IPOs. He is also the lead audit engagement partner for a number of key listed company clients. Roy has served clients from a variety of sectors including consumer goods, real estate, logistics and transportation. He is a member of the Professional Conduct Committee and the Corporate Governance Working Group of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Asia and Africa Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce.
